Vising the twins (and the rest of the Mansuettos too)

We went to New Jersy to meet the Baldwin twins, and Santa showed up on a fire truck to give us candy canes! He must have known I would need one after taking a 5 minute nap all day.

Dad was into holding the little girls. I told him later that we should have another baby so someone could sit next to me on the other side of the table.

I entertained Alison with my preschool stories and punctuated my regal tales with hand and foot gestures.

Papa kept Parker and I busy with lots of love and tickles!

Thanks for Thanksgiving!

Here's some Thanksgiving pictures!
Liam and Luke came up from D.C. with Aunt Shannon and Uncle David and Sodabread in tow. We had tons of fun!

I gave sage advice to Lucas.

Dinner was delicious!

Parker wanted to be sure he made extra drool for Thanksgiving so the day before, he knocked out his right front tooth and split open his lower lip. Mommy was beside herself, but her friends and the family reminded her that it's only a practice tooth.

Uncle Jake was visiting with Auntie Dana. He and Daddy make good pilgrims.

Mommy helped me be an Indian. I mean Native American. I mean indigenous person. I mean Wampanoag

We'll have to skip Thanksgiving for a minute

because I only have these pictures of us in our Christmas costumes right now. We wore costumes on Thanksgiving too. And when I am not wearing these costumes, I'm Batman. And Daddy is Robin. And Parker is just Parker (even though he was Robin on Halloween) and Mommy is Mommy Butterfly (even though she wore her butterfly mask for about one minute on Halloween).



Raking Leaves

Part of life in suburbia is yard work. I don't mind because I am too little to really help. Check out how Page helps!

Daddy blew a big pile of leaves together and Page and I played in them. All that playing made me tired, so I took a nap and Dad and Page made the pile even bigger!

 It was as tall as Page!

Moving on Out and In

We officially moved to our new home in early November. It's the excuse Mom is using now for being so lame with posting.

Here's our new rooms!

Parker's room is "Maine Lobster."

My room is "Marlboro Blue" or just blue. I love blue. Blue Blue Blue! My room is so big I can have my train table out.

Remember back in October...

when we went pumpkin picking and saw Auntie Dana at a restaurant? Here's a few more from there. We're playing catchup today...

I know it's December...

but somehow Mommy forgot to post pictures from October. Remember how she said Halloween had 200,000 parts? Well these pictures are from one of those parts. Liam and Lucas came to visit and we had a Halloween brunch. Aren't we cute?

After brunch and a nap we played in the backyard. Julian and Theo came over. Julian is the same age as Liam and I. We played and played and played. Parker took a nature walk around the yard. Theo hung out with his mama.

Halloween, Part 200,000

Mom thinks Halloween lasted just about the entire month of October. Here I am at my preschool party. We played games, sang songs, ate snack, read a story and trick or treated down the hall.

Parker stopped by for a little while with Doreen, but they left so I could have some Mommy time.

I am a proud singer.

And a good listener. (Mommy was wondering who this kid was...)

Playing at the Garden Patch

On Coumbus Day weekend (and don't get me started about Columbus...I learned all about him in school and the princess and the three ships and the "land ho!" and he made a mistake and he had one big ship and one ship that has the same name as mommy's friend and the other ship and he got money from the princess and I could go on...) Mom and Dad took Parker and me to The Garden Patch in East Moriches. We had so much fun on the bouncies. We went on a haunted hay ride and even had zeppolies. Why oh why were Mom and Dad keeping those a secret?

September round up

Mom didn't think that going back to work, sending me to school, getting ready to move and deciding to run for Union rep at school would be too much. And really it hasn't been too bad, except she never gets on the computer. Here's some pictures of the last month. We have been pretty busy. Parker and I started swimming lessons. You'll see a picture of Parker, but not me because the swimming teacher told us no photos after Mom snapped a few of Parker and Daddy.
We went to the park a lot. Grandma and Grandpa came home from Austria and Germany and we had German dinner at their house.

Parker is hanging onto the laundry basket that holds a bunch of his favorite toys. Mom and Dad also use it as a barrier in front of the TV because Parker loves to turn the TV on and off. I tell him, "NO!" but he just laughs at me.

This might be the last picture of Parker crawling. He is a super walker now. He started walking a little bit after his 14 month birthday day.

Aunt Amber and I were "fishing" just like our friend Keegan in Texas. Well, almost just like Keegan. Keegan fishes in the water. I pretend fish with a big stick I found in the park.

Parker thinks he is a big boy playing in the park...

and then ... WOOPS! over he goes!

While Parker was falling over, I was looking for clues.

Grandma especially likes it when Parker has a dirty face. Right, grandma?

Here's that delicous German dinner. Mmmmmmm.

Another day, another park trip. I am getting super agile in my golden preschool years!

Here we are at the YMCA. Parker loves swimming with Daddy. I am such a big boy, I get to swim alone. Mom and Dad aren't even allowed to stay by the pool! I even jumped in and paddled across the whole pool! Maybe mom will be allowed to take pictures on the last day of class.
