That's outside again. I can't wait to sit in this adirondack chair in the summer!

Lovely Lake Placid
Christmas is fun Part III
On Christmas Day, Mom and Dad hosted their first holiday. They made ham and spaetzle and creamed spinach and Dad made yummy soup that Mom can't spell. Granny made delicious dessert and Auntie Dana made a salad and Grandma made fruit salad (which was quite yummy and sweet....especially papaya!)
Mom and Dad were running around a bit, so we didn't take too many pictures, but there was lots of gift opening! Here's an assortment (of me of course!)
Christmas is Fun Part II
an alphabet spinny ball thing
a football and some other balls (and the Foot Book by Dr. Seuss)
and a ride on car toy!
Mom's friend from work, Mrs. Craig, gave me a wooden puzzle that has entertained me for hours. I really like opening the windows to see what's underneath. Thanks Mrs. Craig! Mrs. Mierlak gave me a baseball game where I use a bat to smash the ball around. I love the bat. I smash all sorts of stuff with it and sometimes I even eat the bat! Mom and Dad have been calling me Bam Bam. Who's that?
Christmas is fun!
So here's what I think of Christmas...it is SOOOOOO COOOOOL! Santa brought me all sorts of goodies and so did my grandmas and grandpas and aunts and uncles. I got my first taste of Chritmas on Mom's last day of school. When she came to get me and Grandma and Grnadpa's Aunt Nancy and Uncle Bill were there. They brought me bouncing Tigger and Aunt Nannie dressed me up in lights. Check me out!
On Christmas Eve we first went to Nonno and Grandma Nancy's house. I lounged on the couch for awhile (when i wasn't being hugged and kissed) and then we took a big family photo. Daddy's cousins Johnny and Michael were there. He hasn't had a play date with them in a long time!
Later on we went to Grandma and Grandpa for dinner, but I think Mom left the camera in the car. I slept after watching the grownups eat pot roast (but I did have some homemade apple sauce...thanks Grandma!)

Santaland
Mom and Dad took me to Macy's where Miracle on 34th Street happened. I got to meet santa! He was all furry with a white beard. I didn't really know what to do. I wanted to tell Santa about all the cool stuff I wanted but then I got shy.
More Christmas pictures are coming, but we're in Lake Placid and the connectin is WAAAAYYYY slow.

the paparazzi is chasing me!
Oh, on my 9-month birthday, December 8, I had my 9-month well visit. Here's the stats:
I am 23 lbs., 12 oz. That's 90th percentile
I am 31 and 1/4 inches long...that's off the charts -- the nurse actually measured me twice because she thought she did it wrong, but I am just an overachiever folks.
and my noggin is 75th percentile.
The doc said to start finger goods and Dad was so excited to make me a scrambled egg. Well it tasted good when other people fed it to me, but I don't really get this putting stuff in my mouth and letting go of it yet. I liked Cheerios too, if someone fed them to me!
I did have some fun playing with the cat the other night. Mom built me this little baby jail so i could sit there while she was making the bed (if you leave me alone, I will find the most dangerous thing to do, promise!). Well, Gruner really liked it in there. See I am on the outside looking in. It's much better in the free world.

Dad's Brthday Snowstorm
After the game, I thought about reading a book other than "Brown Bear, Brown Bear," but then I saw all of Dad's CDs and decided to listen to some tunes instead. Mom can read to me later.
Merry Grinchmas

Liam is Baptised
So on the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend, Liam was baptised. My dad is the godfather. Before church, all the grownups stood around and took pictures of Liam and his family and then I got in the mix too. Auntie Shannon took most of those photos but here's one of us together. Don't we look cute? Below is Liam right after his baptism. Boy, they really got his head all wet. Father Mudd made Aunt Shannon laugh here. She's a proud mama. Next to daddy is Aunt Shannon's sister Bridget. They call her B and Liam can say her name!

Thanksgiving Part IV
Thanksgiving Part III
Auntie Dana and Dad took us on the slide. They grownups were definately having more fun than us, though!
Thanksgiving Part II
Oh, and before turkey time Liam and I went to the playground. I had to show Liam how fun it is to swing, but he didn't crack a smile. I know he was having fun, though. We communicate in baby.
Thanksgiving Part I
I also learned how to climb stairs! Aunt Shannon and Uncle David's house has lots of stairs. They looked soooo inviting. Mom and Dad promise to capture video of me to post here really soon.
