Busy Body

That's what I have! I don't stop moving not even for a second. Here's an example of what I have done with my busy body in the last two weeks:

1. I played with my friend Brian. I made him tickle me.
2. I fed my friend Brian a potato.
3. I took a bath and made crazy hair.
4. I layed on Phoebe's bed. (This is sort of like not moving my busy body, only to get onto the bed I launch myself off the ground, scaring Mom half to death.)
5. I made art with my Elmo, Cookie Monster and Big Bird paint

Just hangin'

in my new swing on my new swingset in Granny's backyard. Mom got this great swingset from her friend Sue at work. Sue's daughter is a big girl now so she said I could have it. Mom's friend Gaby gave me the baby swing and Mom and Dad's bought me a toddler swing today. Dad will put it on soon!
My friend Cyrus came over yesterday to show me how to climb like a big boy.

I'm a hero

a guitar hero that is! Check me out with Aunt Lauren!

Movin' Out

Mom, Dad and I moved into Granny and Papa's house for most of this month. Papa and Granny are going to Italy and so we are going to take care of Phoebe. They haven't gone yet, but it's fun to live there with them. I get to play games with Papa and Granny always has the best fruit for me to eat. I love watermelon and strawberries and blueberries and tomatoes and peaches. I don't say much yet that's really comprehensible but I can sign water, finished, more, mom and dad (sometimes on the mom and dad) and I am working on hungry and dog. I love Elmo and when I hear his song, I go CRAZY!!!!! I like to watch the Youtube video of the original Elmo song.

Here I am sleeping in my high chair. Dad propped me up so my neck wouldn't fall asleep.

I have a cool table outside on the deck where I can eat and play.
Here's my airplane. I don't like to ride on it just yet, but Mom tries a few times a week.

Did I mention I like to eat? I heard fruit facials are good for you!

Bouncin' around the room

On Saturday we went to a fundraiser in Bayville. My friend Doreen was there working and she told mom to bring me. It was a lot of fun. they had food and rides and this awesome bouncy room. Not quite as cool as Doreen's trampoline, but still good.
When we were leaving the party, there was this awesome rainbow.
And Dad took this arty picture of the sun setting. The sun is setting over the sign for Steve's Pier One, a Bayville landmark that was recently condemned. Thank goodness!

Just in case

School gets going again, I have my trusty backpack. But just how do I fit all these toys in there?

School's out for Summer

School's out for summer, yea
School's out forever
School's been blown to pieces

No more pencils
No more books, yea
No more teacher's dirty looks

Lunching with the Ladies (again!)

School's out. Mom took me to her anual girlie lunch with Kim, Lauren and Jessica. I love the ladies! I loved them last year too. Check out how much I've grown:

We like to Party

We like we like to party. We're not on the Venga Bus (I don't know that song, but Mom sings it sometimes) But we're at Granny's house. It's always party time there! Here I play a duet with Auntie Amber. And then a solo number.
And here's our special faces for Auntie Dana. It was her birthday yesterday (June 23). Grandpa too!

Here's our dinner. Lobster and shrimp fra di something or other.
Happy Birthday Auntie Dana!
