On a warm summer day, when rain was predicted, a strong beam of sunshine fell softly upon the Bennett family as Parker Lee Bennett came to light. He weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces and measured 20.5 inches. From the wee hours of Monday morning until 5:13 pm on Thursday, Romy endured ever-increasing contractions but the fruits of her labor were well worth it. Dear Page, Congratulations on your beautiful new brother. I know a thing or two about being a big brother! Let me tell you some things you should know. Little brothers are the best for lots of reasons. First of all, they are always interested in everything you have to say! They smile and laugh at you, even when other people don't think you are being funny! They play lots of games with you. Sometimes you will have to play baby games but that's fun, too. They love to chase you around the house for hours! One of my favorite things about baby brothers is that they love to hug and kiss! But the very best thing about a boy having a little brother is that you will have a friend for life! OK. I have to go now because my mommy is crying. She said to tell your mommy and daddy that all the Arthurs are really happy for all the Bennetts! I hope to see you and your new baby soon! : ) Love, Jack
