It Ain't Rice-a-Roni

It ain't Rice-a-Roni, that San Fransisco treat, but Parker seemed to like it. What it was was his first "solid" meal, organic rice cereal. He might be giving Daddy a funny look, but he did seem to eat his first bites quite well. I am sure it wasn't as delicious as the veggie cake and ham sammy I had!

Cory's Back!

Cory's back and he was quite impressed with this awesome face I can make. We are all excited to have him HOME in New York!

Parker's Christening

The family gathered on November 8 to celebrate Parker's Christening. I already told you that Mom and Dad asked Blake and Aunt Lauren to be the Godparents. Here's his special day!

Parker wore the same outfit I wore, but he also got to wear the beautiful Christening sweater that Aunt Nancy crocheted. I couldn't wear it since I was baptized in the summer and it was so HOT!

Aunt Dana stuck around to celebrate with us and boy were we happy to have her!
Parker held tight to Blake's finger. I think Blake is only teasing with how hard he's squeezing!
Aunt Lauren took a quick catnap with her Godson!

Aunt Helen held Parker for a little while. He seemed very content.
Parker's cake was filled with cannoli cream. Yummy! Grandma picked it up at the bakery in King Kullen. It was fantastic! Uncle Greg had to leave early and he took a cannoli off the top of the cake. I hope he liked it! He did snap a photo with Parker before he jetted back to college.

I got a special treat from Aunt Amber. She made spiders with her students and I got her model to eat! Mmmmm spiders!

Four Months

Do you believe I have been a big brother for four months? It's exhausting! And, I happen to be very good at tiring Parker out too!

Here's his four-month stats:
Length: 26 inches
Weight: 15 pounds, 12 ounces
Head: whatever normal is...Mom still doesn't know why they do this measurement. Is it to see if the head will fit in a normal size shirt?

Parker is the Dude

I was the DUDE two years ago in June, 2007 when this outfit from Mom's friend Mrs. Mierlak fit me. Now Parker is the DUDE.

Here I am:

Channeling John Bonham

I may be named after Jimmy Page but I play like like Bonham. Here's my Moby Dick!

Auntie Dana Rocks my Vest

Auntie Dana stayed here in New York for one week to play with me and go to Parker's Christening (those pictures ar coming). Well, we had so much fun every time Dana and I hung out that I forgot to remind Mom to take pictures and she forgot too! Mom had baby brain because Parker sucks all the smartness out of her.
On the day before Auntie Dana left, we went out for lunch. Don't we look cool in our matching outfits? Mom says the picture above looks like a Benetton ad!

Cooking with Gas

Mom told me she had a teacher in school who used to say, Now you're cookin' with gas. Well both me a Parker like to "cook with gas" but I don't think it's the same kind. Here's Parker helping Mom measure something.

Mom and Dad both wanted pictures with us, but Mom realizes we STILL don't have a nice family photo of the four of us together!!!!!

And Mom being artistic.

This is Halloween!

Mom and Dad were WAY more excited that Halloween was on a weekend than I was, but I was excited that in one day, I was going to see Granny and Papa, Grandma and Grandpa and Nonno and Grandma Nancy. Also AUNTIE DANA!!!!! has been visiting from California all week and she came trick or treating with me.

Parker was a pea in a pod and I wanted Mom to be a carrot because peas and carrots go together, but Mom said she wasn't dressing up. Dad was Woody to my Buzz Lightyear. When you say Buzz Lightyear, you have to say it like this, "BUUUUUZZZZ LIIIIIIGHTTTTYEEEEEAR!!!!!!!!" That's how you say it, you know.
Grandma wore a cool mask and Aunt Amber and Eric were dressed up as ghosts! Aunt Amber's costume was from when she was in Kindergarten. Grandma and her found it in the attic as they were cleaning up. Grandma made it!

Happy Halloween everyone. I have to go eat my candy!

Peace Out, Man

Mom went out for a pedicure or something last week and I fed Parker some bottle. Dad said I did a good job, despite the fact that he is OBVIOUSLY not getting any milk in this picture!

Mom and Parker and I went down to visit Mom's friend Doreen a few weeks ago. She gave me a neat Halloween book and gave Parker this cool outfit. Doesn't he look hip?
